Exclusive Jurisdiction & Venue. You agree that the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

19) Export Controls

You represent that you are not located in, under control of, or a national or resident of any country or entity subject to U.S. sanctions and that you will not use or export the Service in violation of applicable export laws and regulations.
